Cowdray Gold Cup Week 2025: A Toast to Polo, Parties & Perfect Pours

Last week saw the return of the prestigious Cowdray Gold Cup – one of the most iconic events in the British polo calendar – and Symonds Event Bars was proud to be at the heart of the action.

The tournament kicked off on Wednesday, with guests and players alike enjoying top-tier hospitality as the matches set the tone for an unforgettable week. We were thrilled to provide a 20-metre high-volume build-up counter bar, ensuring efficient service for the thousands in attendance. Alongside this, two of our sleek Airstream units served up something special: one dedicated to Hawkstone’s craft offerings, the other delivering refreshing draught cocktails.

Saturday’s Ibiza Night brought the energy – and the crowds. The music pulsed, the atmosphere buzzed, and our bars were flat out all evening. The Absolut Vodka & Sprite mixer cans were the clear favourite, flying off the shelves as guests danced into the night.

Sunday slowed things down with a more relaxed pace as the Gold Cup Final took centre stage. As the sun set on a thrilling tournament, we helped bring the weekend to a close with a celebratory party – the perfect finale to an incredible few days.
